How would you rate female presidents throughout history?

Iceland has had a female president. Are you aware of any other countries that have had female presidents? If you wish you may include female prime ministers. How would you rate female rulers throughout history? If you wish you can include presidents, prime ministers and queens. Do women as rulers have a common characteristic or thread that distinguishs them from male rulers? Overall how would you rate female rulers compared to male rulers?

1. well i can say with a women ruler every 28 days the sh** is going to hit the fan

Here in Philippines got already two female presidents one of them is our current president i can rate her as 3 out of 10 because she is very protective in her position she is not confident enough that common people will support her of course the one close to her always on her tail. i think they are common by having too many consultant and advisers to guide them to their decisions even they show and speak to the public that they are strong but i think they are weak inside.
3. female presidents are only in country's that don't pose a major threat to peace
4. Ireland's current president is a woman. In the 1980's, the British Prime Minister was a woman. Golda Meier was prime minister of Israel in the 1970's. Indira Ghandi was Prime Minister of India for quite some time as well. The only "common characteristic" that differentiates female rulers from male rulers is...they're women instead of men. Other than that, each one is an individual and each did things in her own way.
